WHAT OUR BAKERY SKILL PROGRAMME OFFERS OUR STUDENTS
What you will learn
This learning programme will enable learners to apply the practical skills required in a commercial bakery environment. They will be able to manufacture a range of baked products ranging from various sweet doughs (donuts, chelsea buns) to varieties of breads and rolls. They will also be able to use the various types of equipment involved in this production.
WE WILL ENABLE YOU TO:
Demonstrate an understanding of the production of bread products, bread roll products and sweet dough products
Plan and prepare to produce bread products, bread roll products and sweet dough products
Process the bread dough, bread roll dough and sweet dough products
Produce baked bread and roll products as well as sweet dough products
