What you will learn

​This skills programme provides learners with the opportunity to learn technical skills that apply to specific products in the baking sector, ie cakes and muffins as well as sweet and savoury dough products. Their skills set will also be enhanced with technical knowledge of the chemical processes involved in the manufacture and treatment of aerated products. 

WE WILL ENABLE YOU TO:

​Understand processing, preparing, baking / frying frozen products in accordance with approved end of production activities, hygiene as well as health and safety standards
